Vinay, On behalf of all of us visual learners who just do not have time to give one minute for every minute of talking to get the interesting things you have to say, PLEASE get an autotranscriber and post the transcriptions with the videos. Many of us will never watch a video or listen to a podcast. More power to those who prefer that, but many of us just will not. Luckily, most of the major league audio/visual presenters use (apparently cheap/free) autotranscribers and post transcriptions of their talks with the videos. They are not perfect, but they are always close enough.
This would increase the impact of what you do substantially, which is the whole point, I believe.
I know you do not read user comments (which is too bad). But maybe someone will read this and tell you anyway.
