News stories love to ask ‘experts’ when they mask. Let’s ask some normal people.

We have Phil, 48, works in Maintenance

Joyce, a 24 yo in tech, lives in bay area

Jefferson, a 69 year old retiree

Nathan, a 17 year old from Europe

and Jackson, a 35 year old who works construction

Q Are you still masking?

Phil - At the doctors office they make you wear it on your chin when you drink your coffee.

Joyce - Yes, all the time. Especially when I sleep. I’ve had 4 shots, which is the reason I have only had COVID twice. I want to keep my lifetime COVID to below 10, so I plan to mask for next 60 years.

Jefferson - Never; Not in Airplanes, cabs, restaurants. Never.

Nathan - You Americans are suffering from a mental illness. Life is normal here.

Jackson - Get out of my face. Covid is over.

Q2 Do you eat in restaurants?

Nathan - Yes, I am not insane

Joyce - I get takeout and eat on the sidewalk, alone.

Jefferson - It is a great joy in my life, and I am back in restaurants.

Q3. How do you handle friends and relatives?

Jackson - Are you still talking about COVID? What is wrong with you. I have to install this sink.

Joyce - My old friends go to the bars. I have no friends anymore. I disowned my family because we disagree politically. That’s a new cultural value.

Nathan - Please, you Americans have lost your minds. You are obsessed with children, and are not seeking normalcy.

Q4. Do you wear masks on airplanes?

Phil - Are you nuts? No

Joyce - Yes, I flew SFO to Tokyo with a mask on. It was hard to not eat or drink for 12 hours, but I did it. I still got COVID, but the suffering was worth it for moral superiority.

Q5. Would you take paxlovid?

Nathan - it has no data in vaccinated people; The FDA failed the American people.

Joyce - I am taking it as we speak!

Q6 Is life normal for you?

Phil - Yes, except for the doctor’s office & the stupid rules there

Joyce - My life is forever ruined. I am a healthy 24 year old, so I have to ruin my life to remain a member of my political party

Jefferson - Life is normal

Nathan - Normal.

Jackson - I thought I told you to buzz off.
