I love the phrase, "I take my science hat off for no one."!!!!

That was my favorite line too :-)!

Yes! I was just coming here to say the same. As a libertarian-leaning conservative, this is why I can still love VP's work! He doesn't bow to the agenda or play politics. Plus, he convinces me that I'm really not crazy when I see this kind of stuff going on.

Yes! Love this sentence.

"I have a foreboding of an America in my children’s or grandchildren’s time – when the United States is service and information economy; when nearly all the key manufacturing industries have slipped away to other countries; when awesome technological powers are in the hand of a very few, and no one representing the public interest can even grasp the issues; when the people have lost the ability to set their own agendas or knowledgeably question those in authority; when, clutching our crystals and nervously consulting our horoscope’s, our critical faculties in decline, unable to distinguish between what feels good and what’s true, we slide, almost without noticing, back into superstition and darkness."

Vinay, you do not include stupid...and there is no cure for stupid. I blame a combination of stupid (no one could be that ignorant unless really stupid) and malicious -- a power arc complex unrelated to health and absolutely related to control

I will Never forget Dr. Jha’s performance at the Senate Homeland Security Hearing for Early Covid Treatment in November 2020. His smug patronizing attitude as he repeatedly declared that there was no benefit in using HCQ to treat early onset Covid patients.

Dr. George Fareed, Dr. Peter McCullough presented their first hand testimonies of successfully treating their Covid patients, many high risk with an HCQ protocol.

This is a “doctor” who never left his apartment prior to vaccine rollout. Never treated a Covid patient. While those doctors were physically present for this hearing, Dr. Jha spoke via zoom from his ivory tower. That man single handedly wielded the death blow against HCQ.

In my mind, he has blood on his hands.

True Science has not been his mantra. He is merely a puppet for Big P.

He is an evil despicable person.

I try to live my life with compassion for others. But for this man and a few others, the gloves are off.

Jha and all employees who purchased stock in any covid related product at the CDC and FDA need to take their gains and get out. I wish he were simply stupid, but not true. Sad that our "representatives" are likely as blindly impressed with what the people in my local level circle of government employees referred to as "fake confidence". This country is full of "leaders" with no discernment who are crazy impressed by people like Jha, and have disdain for the humble like McCullough. Maybe a street cop, used to lies from crack dealers, needs to be appointed to lead the CDC for awhile, just to root out the false confident liars from among them, and then start over.

Dr. Jha covered up a Brown student's hospitalization from COVID jab injury. Yet he still persists with the "safe and effective" propaganda. He must be held accountable. On a related note, DIE commissars are taking resources away from patient care - University Hospital in Newark is a sad example: https://yuribezmenov.substack.com/p/how-to-fire-a-commissar

I think it is more what I would call "noble arrogance". They actually believe in their heart that the efficacy of Paxlovid should extrapolate to other ages and risk categories and therefore anything that supports this belief is amplified and not viewed without bias. It's the same for recommending bivalent boosters for all. They believe efficacy should extrapolate and don't see the need to do trials which will take time when they truly believe these are parachutes

Ah, but under AB2098 and it’s definition of misinformation and disinformation who is the public to believe or trust? What information will now be silenced and suppressed for fear of a Medical Board accusation and the costs associated with defending oneself? Why should the public believe or rely on politicized “science”?

It strikes me that study after study pushed by these tyrants are simply these weird raw data analysis with very little statistical sophistication. I.e., observational studies at best. This hails all back to the original Pfizer study that touted 95% effectiveness.

That 95% did not come from any decent analysis. They put in a couple control variables, split the population between "did test COVID+" and "didn't test COVID+" and called it a day. This is *still* an often cited statistic. How can you follow "the science" if "the science" is shitty math we can do in elementary school?

Shitty science is from shitty education. You can thank Bill Gates for both. No child left behind, right?

I see the Clown $hit Show continues. I'll check back in next month. Thanks Dr. Prasad. Maybe you ZDogg (VPZD Podcast is HIGHLY recommended if you haven't checked it out), and Dr. Offit should start working on a mRNA vaccine to cure Stupid.

/* also, what's the over/under that Jha will block you? LOL */

Zubin and Vinay picked the wrong experts to trust early on. I wonder if they will talk to Dr. Cole, Dr. Marik, Dr. Fynn, Dr. Malone, Dr. Urso, Dr. McCullough, Dr. Tyson, Dr. Fareed, Dr. James etc. now...or will they apologize for mocking them in 2020/2021

Dr. Jha has created a new way to analyze results of clinical studies: we now have positive, negative, inconclusive and compelling.

Maybe Jha is using just his left hemisphere??? We need balance. Honesty would help. Thank you Vinay. Indeed, the emperors have no clothes on.

Hi Vinay, could you address in a future post, the study and the conclusion published in the WaPo today, as it give s one more reason to push vaccine s in young kids. without attention to risks/benefit: " A new study finds that the onset of diabetes increased after a coronavirus infection in children younger than 18.

Researchers at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine studied the records of more than 1 million children with coronavirus infections and compared them with children with other respiratory infections. After six months, 0.043 percent of children with a coronavirus infection compared with 0.025 percent with other respiratory infections, such as the flu, were diagnosed with type 1 diabetes."

Good for you doc! Keep naming and shaming! Thank goodness i can read your criticism of people “who should know how to think critically”, better yet, they get paid to think critically and fail to do so, and yet feel hopeful that in the near future enough powerful people will be called out and shamed for the mishandling of all our Covid policies, thus correcting our poor public policy response!

Boy do we need to clean out the FDA and CCD along with “non medical” policy makers
