VInay, I know you never read these comments. But I will beg once again. Many, many of your readers will NEVER watch your videos/listen to your podcasts. We have too many things on our agenda to take the minute-for-minute time sacrifice it takes to watch all of this stuff.
You have valuable content. I will beg, once again, that you get a speech to text converter (there are many and they are inexpensive -- most other sites use them for just this reason) and post a transcription of your speeches when you post the speech. You may think that every vocal inflection is important and I am sure it is -- but I will lose 5% of the importance for the ability to actually GET the content.
Right now, you are losing many potential people you could influence by not auto-transcribing your excellent lectures. Please, please, please.
I work for a large multi specialty physician group. The corporation recommended sending the following to patients:”COVID-19 vaccination provides protection to children and adolescents against severe illness and outcomes associated with COVID-19, including emergency department or urgent care visits, hospitalizations, and death.” I was the only physician out of six partners to object to this. I am losing faith in our entire medical system. These are physicians I have worked with and respected for over a decade. Is it just apathy from burnout? Or have they lost their critical thinking skills?

I so agree, that’s all I’ve wanted from day one of this debacle is for the messaging to just be honest. Oi vay.
