How, exactly, does one "Build Back Better" or "Make America Great Again" or create "Change We Can Believe In"? A president can't be held accountable for keeping or breaking their promises if their results are unmeasurable.
The pandemic response in the US may have been less harmful both socially and medically if politicians hadn't said a word about it and left mitigation as personal conversations between people and their physicians.
