It kill’s me that so many people cannot tell when you are making a joke. Most of your jokes make me chuckle. Also, I think there is a typo…I assume you meant to say that Anthony Bourdain (love that guy, tragic loss) is NOT and idiot like the guy who said seed oils are safer. Also, I love cooking with tallow. So much better. Thanks for all your great writing.
Unfortunately, for McDonald's at least, when they were "cooking fries in tallow", it was actually in a mix of tallow (93%) and soybean oil (7%) called Formula 47. lol
I always get your humor! Keep it coming :) here’s the truth, I don’t trust any “study” anymore. I wait to see what Sensible Medicine has to offer first.
Confused, are you saying Red Food coloring isn’t harmful enough to ban? You don’t need a RCT to know it negatively affects kids. Just watch them squirm and become unmanageable when they consume that chemical.
In fact all food/body additives should be tested for toxicity and negative effects BEFORE they are allowed to be used in products. These products are toxic and addictive (on purpose). They should not be allowed. Period.
I hope when I visit my nephew at USC, i might get to attend one of your lectures/presentations. I love your YouTube and Substack topics. Keep this going, Vinay. It's so assuring hearing other colleagues with data supported views.
Meanwhile, latest JAMA has
- a study showing vaccines double apneic events in preemies
- a study showing a link between fluoride and IQ drop
Do either of these get published if Kamala wins the election?
I'm not $ure. I a$$ume there'$ a logical rea$on, but I'm ju$t a $illy civilian out$ide of the medical community.
Hi Guttermouth
Did you take some lessons from Dr Fauci’s FOIA avoidance expert?
I don't recall.

…and I made a typo when I was pointing out the typo 😂🤦♂️
I noticed that too 😊
Yes!!! Fries in tallow!

The safety of red dye has been questioned for years. Why now? What is different?

Love the combination of science and snark. Keep it coming!
Awesome! LoL
I love your jokes and sharp wit lol
Awesome commentary! Thanks.

Because safer readily available alternatives to red#3 exist?

It was mentioned that Red #3 is already banned in Europe but it's not. It just goes by E127 there.
Is there better evidence that whatever gets substituted for Red #3 will be safer?
