Thanks! Appreciate that heads up. While it would be nice if he joined the conversation, it's as much for the other readers as it is for the author. The comments section on Substack is one of the best social media platforms I've ever seen.

I completely agree. Over the months I have learned which commenters deserve time/consideration and which get less so. Some really, really smart and thoughtful people write comments. The styles are all over the map which is entertaining, but the comments are often gold.
If you really get into it, you will find the Substack Reader to be a really, really good tool. reader.substack.com. I do not know why they do not promote it much, and you may already know about it, but I still find that many do not so sharing it here because I have found it to completely improve my relationship with all of the Substacks I follow.
I guess I get by using the email. But that site does a fine job of consolidating subscribed articles. Sadly I confirm what I already know, I am trying to follow too many. And I also get better informed via the comments, remarkable how fast they arrive. In some Stacks, I see the comments can get off the rails quickly and become more difficult to wade through given the way threads are displayed, but all-in-all still useful

It's so refreshing. I'm becoming somewhat obsessed with Substack!

Been using it for months! It's taken over as the platform I spend the most time on. Love it.
